Skeeter FXR 21 LE

Skeeters FXR 21 LE is a 21-foot 4-inch monster in the water, coming with 8 new color packages, 4 stripes and 4 solids.  

Total towing length is 28-foot 2 inches with a width of 102 inches.  With 97 inches at the beam and a 20-inch engine shaft length you’ll be cruising at speeds peaking at over 70mph. 

The FXR 21 LE comes standard with a Yamaha VF250LA SHO V-Max Outboard Motor, complimented nicely with the Minn Kota Ultrex MDI iPilot link 112 trolling motor.  

The VF250LA is a 250 horsepower motor with a 20inch shaft. 

The Minn Kota Ultrex has 112 pounds of force that will get you where you need to go and then keep you there as you scope your fish of choice.

Redesigned specifically with utility in mind, the FXR 21 LE comes with 2 rod straps on the bow and a padded front deck to keep your feet and legs comfortable for many hours on the water. 

 Both rod boxes have been redesigned with an 8% increase in rod storage capabilities. 

Cockpit

At the helm you’ll find a cockpit command center with:

• digital gauges 
• bow panel with light and trim switches 
• bolstered full flex sport seating

• a 37 quart ice chest under the center bench seat with a custom center seat which doubles as a step when the ice chest door is closed.  

• 14 quarts of wet floor storage
• a passenger glove box
• custom grab handles and side panels
• 2 bike seats with power rise pedestals come standard 
• in front of the cockpit is the day box that allows you to safely store any personal things you’ve brought along for the day.

The center storage container has plenty of space that allows you to store all tackle gear and comes with led lighting in the door for low light rigging situations.

Power and Performance

Bolstering a 48-gallon fuel tank, the FXR 21 LE’s Yamaha VF250LA consumes an average of 7 gallons per hour, which translates to a little better than 4 and half miles per gallon.  The sweet spot to hit for maximum fuel efficiency is 32.4 miles per hour.

At the helm you’ll be cruising right along with a hot foot throttle with slide and pro trim capabilities.  Tilt Hydraulic steering comes standard.  

The livewell system features independent fill and recirculating drain modes with timer and pump out.  The boat comes with 2 oxygenator livewell aeration systems. 

There is a 1100 gallons per hour bulge pump with automatic and manual functionalities.  The FXR 21 LE comes with a 15 amp by 4-bank battery charger, battery on/off jumper switch with battery charger indicator gauge.  Coming standard, the FXR 21 LE features a Humminbird Helix 12 fish finder on both the helm and bow. 

Trailer

The FXR 21 LE has a custom, Skeeter built, touring trailer with:

• tuff coat
• channel frame
• FRP fenders that come with steps
• 18-inch aluminum wheels
• tandem torsion axels with dual disc brakes
• back up lights
• torsion axles
• swing away tongue with a step
• front deck side entry steps
• bow step ladder
• custom lighting
• ratchet tie downs
• and a spare tire.
