I had an issue with my boat not starting due to a user error. I brought my boat to the service department to drop it off to have the issue looked at. Dillon came out and asked if he can look at a few things before I left. within 15 mins, Dillon had my boat running again. This saved me a lot of time and a possible weekend off the water. I really appreciate Dillon taking the time to look at my boat issue before I left. I can not say enough good things about the service department at Anderson Marine. Thanks!

I bought my bought my boat in march. Awesome customer service van was amazing Stephanie I believe her name was amazing as well. A month later my lower went out due to a malfunction on my behalf they immediately helped me Dylan and Hayden did with parts and service. And gave me a great deal and help with pricing as much as they could. So then I would have an issue day after pick up only due to my knowledge of this new boat etc Dylan took the time to look over everything again and then took me on the water and spent 30 minutes teaching me and showing me what to do and look for etc. again this took him away from other customers he could be helping. I can not thank them here enough they have been truly amazing being a business owner myself I understand customer satisfaction and delivering a product etc. they are truly remarkable here !!! The entire boat buying process through Anderson Marine was honest, informative, helpful, and ultimately painless. Great people who not only know what they are talking about but obviously love it.

This summer my wife and I decided to purchase a boat for us and the kids and began to look everywhere. Me being stubborn I wasn't just going to settle on any boat. It was narrowed down between a pontoon or something the kids could tube and wakeboard behind. So when I saw a Yamaha Ar192 posted on facebook for a price that was more than competitive, I jumped on it. The process was smooth once Van Garrett reached out to me within the hour. It took only days to make a deal, get financing, and travel to Nashville to pick the boat up. Once I got back home with the boat, we put it in the water that weekend. This is where I thought it was going to be a disaster. Within a quarter mile of having the boat out the blow out plug kept shooting out. I contacted Van and within two day I was sent replacement parts free of charge. I replaced the parts and the following weekend we were back on the water. We rode around that day with no major issues other than the boat would not hit speeds above 34 mph. With only about an hour of time put on the boat we headed back in that evening. As we were approaching the boat ramp the boat threw a low oil pressure alarm and the boat came to a stop. We idled back in and I contacted Van the following day. I thought for sure that this was going to be a major hit to the wallet. I made the 2.5 hr drive back to Anderson Marine and had the service technician take a look at it. Later that week Van called me and told me the block in the engine was cracked. I knew this wouldn't be good considering the boat I bought was used and wasn't under Yamaha warranty anymore, but only had 60hrs on the motor. Before I could say anything Van said Anderson Marine would take care of this. I was blown away by a company that actually stood by there product. This was a very expensive fix just for parts alone and then you throw in the labor cost. I have spread the word about your company and will continue to do so. Thanks to Van and Stephanie for making this process as stress free as possible. I will always look first at Anderson Marine for my next purchase. Thanks everyone at Anderson Marine.
