TN Outdoor Rendezvous

Here in Tennessee, hunting is not only a pastime but a passion and way of life for many.  This is why it is quite exciting that there will be an outdoor exposition centered around hunting and fishing.  Still in the midst of the pandemic, 2021 was the first year the TN Outdoor Rendezvous was held and the response was overwhelming.  This gave Wes Stone and his partners the boost of confidence that this expo could continue to grow and expand to better serve the hunting and fishing communities, and expand it has!


This year the TN Outdoor Rendezvous will be held at the Farm Bureau Exposition Center in Lebanon, TN. (click here for directions)

Deer Mount Collection

If world record deer mounts interest you, then you're in luck!  You'll be able to see Jay Fish's "New Legends Collection" of taxidermy deer and deer mounts.  His collection even includes the World Record Six Pointer. You can read more about it here.


Deer Scoring Event

If deer hunting is what you live for, you have an opportunity to take your best TWO deer and have it scored by the TWRA.  There are some qualifications, though, to be counted such as:

  • Submitting deer heads on May 20th from 4 pm-8 pm and May 21st from 9 am-4 pm
  • Your confirmation number or check-in tag will be verified with your identification card.
  • Deer will be measured using Boone and Crockett Scoring System
  • Participants' deer heads must stay at the Expo center until the ceremony is completed on Sunday, May 22nd at 1 pm.

Calling Contest

Not all hunters, hunt deer, and TN Deer Rendezvous didn't want to leave out those turkey callers.  If you grew up with your grandmother calling you a turkey and you took it to heart, this may be just the place for you.  The turkey calling contest at the TN Outdoor Rendezvous will:

  • Take place on May 21st at 10 am in Seminar Room 1
  • You can preregister by going here.
  • The general contest rules can be found here.
  • You can register the day of starting at 8 am in Seminar Room 1
  • There will be a mandatory meeting at 9:45 am preceding the contest.


Fishing Boats

Anderson Marine will be proud to be there to bring you a litany of fishing boats from Xpress and Skeeter.  We also will have many accessories that can keep you covered, cool, and quenched while fishing.
